You didn't do this on your own did you? it's rather just a cut out of an original V.F. piece that you maybe edited a bit...you have a lot stuff in your gallery that doesn't belong to you - those retouched photos of that girl - did you even ask her if you are allowed to edit them? Anyways - you should think about deleting everything that wasn't entirely done by yourself or what you have rights of usage for...otherwise you might get reported and/or banned...just a tip

Excuse me? I didn't say in any moment that it was my job. This is a picture of Victoria Frances, which I find on internet and I put some color, just that, it is very simple because it was one of my first jobs when I didn't know to use the photoshop. And what pictures do you mean? because I put in their post that I used it, and the link, so I don't know what you mean and what is the problem, because many people put their pictures to use like stock, and I used it, and later put their link, is it that wrong? because a lot of people do it...

When people upload photos of theirselves that AREN'T marked to be "Stock" then they don't want others to use it for whatever - and WHEN someone wants to use them they expect them to ask first - if you did so and they allowed it I'm fine...
And It's just like that on dA - if you upload pictures that belong to someone else even when you maybe changed some colors, then it's called ArtTheft...
Imagine someone would steal a picture you painted, change some colors and upload it to their account calling it their own or do like you did saying "This is a picture of XY" Everyone would think that they didn't do it but stole it from someone and when someone looks at the rest of you gallery with the (in comparison) rather crappy drawings - yeah basicly it gves the impression you just edited an existing piece of someone else without asking them - that actually is a copyright infringement itself - you don't call it your own but still you altered it without asking the original artist in that case Victoria FrancΓ©s. Same with those photos from that Kiuc-whatever girl...
But do whatever you want - one day you might get the receipt...I just want to tell you that the original artist might get to know about the images you edited and will report them to dA - and if your gallery contains several images that you don't have copyright or altering permission for they might ban you from dA because of disregarding the rules...
