--The base--
The anatomy is wrong, or so to speak it'd take a great deal of discomfort to position your fist like that.
To keep the fist in the same position, the upper arm (attached to the shoulder) would need to be pointing more diagonally and the lower arm (Which the fist is attached to) would point towards the viewer.

The horns also seem fairly flat, consider making the red pattern curve more as to imply that they are round.
