Description
Today's procrastinative effort consists of painting over yesterday's sketch of Abihail: prodigy, pactmaker, later a judge, and as powerful as any member of the Rennet family.

In my original concept for this story, she was also the pride of her academy; unwillingly pursued - and often teased - by the thief Annon Ruhkit; close as a sister to Evelyn (Keh) Rennet, and eventually a travelling companion to Keh and Viv D'Milieu.

In the redesign, she actually is Evelyn's sister (it's simpler) though it is at first unclear to Lieu, due to obvious physical dissimilarities, whether or not they're actually related by blood or if there's another explanation for why they're part of the same family. She's still somewhat of a genius; Ruhkit, a more modern sort of "dashing criminal," still is fascinated by her (though possibly more for what favors he can coax her out of once he meets her than simply for romantic reasons).
