I am busy with creating avatars from my oc's.Just because I am planning to actual put info about them online soon on my new toyhouse acount
If I have my info over there online I wil put it on my da to c:
I decided to go with mine paint style instead of the line art style...Always liked it more if I draw like this xD

About the hair. I don't know what programma you use.
But I use Photoshop. For that I just use a simple hard brush with my pen pressure on.
I start with the shape I want the hair in. After I know how the hair wil be shaped I color this in one solid flat color.
In this case relay dark purple/blue (I never use white our black.)
If I created this solid shape I start with a layer of fat strokes who have a lighter color then the solid dark colour I used.
And if I am happy with that I put my brush again a bid smaller and add a few smaller lighter strokes.
And go on like that until I am happy.
Ehmn I hope..This is a bid clear for you. My English isn't that great. But if you wish I always can create a tutorial about it.
