just as a side not, wouldn't a heavy frigate fill the role between frigate and cruiser? a light frigate implies between corvette and frigate to my mind. just some thoughts.

Yeah, you are right. At first i want to make a Heavy frigate with this model. But later i decided it look more like a smaller one. Maybe i rework something.
