Always loved the Starfleet Museum's designs. Always thought that Enterprise's stuff was too conveniently modern in appearance while trying to hard to look like it isn't.

The old UESPA designs are great. All ships we see in Enterprise are in my opinion too advanced for that era.

Well, in the magazine- which if I recall was supposed to be canonical- they said the Daedalus had laser cannons and nuclear missiles with a top speed of about warp 4 it really is. Plus it looks in some ways more advanced than the original Constitution.

*tilt* Can't say I'm familiar with the Torsk class - a quick search on Google didn't bring up much - is this a canon class, out of curiosity?
