Description Met up with REKA of the legendary KIA (Killed In Action platoon) crew from the UK, early 1990s today. We're old buddies and decided to paint on the spur of the moment. We headed for the Ladbroke Grove pit. We both freestyled pieces but REKA wasn't happy with his so he went over it. I thought it was shaping up nice...

I wasn't overjoyed with mine but I can't stand wasting paint so I soldiered on...

I like your style.. in the past used to do some drawing (no spraying unfort.) but lately looking around again at graffiti and think I am gonna start to do some things on paper again. Trying to get my own style again.

No, I never use stencils mate.

Well i'd say this has some strenghts but over all after looking at your sketches, it seems like something held you back aside from the "spur of the moment".

I dig the style and letters, the T and U could have had more time in the fading. Props though.

To be honest with you, the whole thing was chaos from start to finish. We went without outlines in mind, I accidentally used REKA's fill colours then we realized we didn't have enough paint!

The wind picked up and f'ked my fading and in the end we were just glad to have got something on the wall. Not my best day out...

kewls!!! i get the whole not wasting paint... i never paint anything unless im sure i can make it work no mattr what... then i mess up and after painting over it it turns out amazing!!!

yeah. By the way thanks for the tutorials ive started doing some graffiti drawings and the tutorials are a big help to see what steps u do and stuff like that
