I use Stabilo Pen 68s. They do a good variety of colours that don't bleed. Quality.

Definitely. It still happens here in the UK but not much and you risk imprisonment if caught. Doesn't matter so much if you're 18 but in your late 30's, forget it.
The hardcore are still out there burning, the rest of us gave it up for an easier, quieter life...

I think that its great that you continue on paper, because young people as me can see developed and experimented style
i am just 17 and live in france so I have the time to do some action on merchandising train but I think that trains with people are going more and more 'hot' ( due to camera and cie )
