Perhaps the whole "Cupcakes" thing may have been worked to death a bit, but I couldn't resist a fusion of Alma and Pinkie Pie in a menacingly psychotic fashion.For those of you who don't know, this is based off of the game "F.3.A.R" or "Fear 3" for people who don't like to say "Fthreear!"

don't be sick "in a bad way" simply means that it brings out negative emotions in vats quantity such as fear, anger, or nausea, which since this image is suppose to be a horror reference, so being sick "in a bad way" is a good thing
