It is the 41st Mare-linium.
For more than three seasons since Warmaster Hasbro corrupted her visions of her Imperium the Empress Lauren has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Equestria. She is the Mistress of ponykind by the will of the gods, and supreme creator-goddess aided by those who would spread the magic of friendship. She is only a memory amongst Ponykind writhing invisibly with power from the ages before the Hasbro Heresy. She is the Creator Lord of the Imperium of Ponykind for whom a thousand souls are dedicated every day, so that her vision may never truly die.
Yet even in her deathless state, Empress Faust continues her eternal vigilance. Mighty fleets of Pegasi and Griffons cross the discord-infested miasma of the im-mare-terium, the only route between distant stars, their way lit by the Astrono-mare-can, the psychic manifestation of the Empress's will. Vast armies give battle in her name on uncounted worlds. Greatest amongst her soldiers are the Adequus Mare-startes, the Space Mare-ines, super-warriors infused with the Magic of Friendship. Their comrades in arms are legion: the Celestian Guard and countless planetary defense forces, the ever vigilant Inquisition of Harmony and the tech-priests of the Adequus Mare-chanicus to name only a few. But for all their multitudes, they are barely enough to hold off the ever-present threat from Nightmare Moon, trolls, heretics who shun the Empress's vision, and worse.
To be a pony in such times is to be one amongst untold billions. It is to live in the cruelest and most ruthless regime imaginable, for the gene-seed of Warmaster Hasbro and those who would support his Black Crusades against the Imperium of Equestria are unrelenting and selfish. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of laughter and creativity, for so much has been forgotten, never to be re-learned. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim darkness of the greed-corrupted future there is only friendship.
And Friendship is Magic.
And Magic, if twisted from the will of Faust, is Heresy.

You mention the horn, and I might not have noticed if you hadn't, but it looks off center with her face. Besides that it's great. Oh, and shouldn't the be a aquila be an alicorn instead of an eagle?

40k calls the Aquila the "imperial eagle" so I tried to make a point of it instead being the "imperial phoenix", in-keeping with Celestia's pet.
As for the horn- it was an absolute pain to reposition, its a lot better than what it used to be...
