I wanted to do something new and different for OurakNysot 's birthday, so here it is: Dark Elf Noir/Steampunk! I have never been very good at pure fantasy, so this is the closest I could get.I expect our hero specialises in supernatural cases, hence his reference book (because, despite what certain magic practitioners will tell you, there is nothing wrong with a few well laid-out tables when it comes to spellcraft research). I think he is nearing a breakthrough, which may or may not please the femme fatale who is either innocently tangled up in this mess, or else pulling the strings...

Another wonderful artwork! I love it! The suit looks so realistic. I love especially this leather belt on his chest - it looks like a real thing that I could touch! whoa! I like how You played with the colors - it looks like it is black and white image with light color on some things - great idea of colors

I know what You mean - same here, just in 2d art XD I also want my artworks to be more realistic, exciting and cinematic XD But sadly realism (I don't know how in 3d art, but in 2d art for sure) is something that people achieve in YEARS of practice and lots of knowledge, studying etc. So I am patient, I got the greatest teacher - the Universe, I mean - it is a great journey in which I want to experience and feel happiness with every single step

My kind of elf - love steampunkish whatever-race dudes

I think mixes between genres are interesting over all, but steampunk is certainly one of my favourites, especially if it's a little gritty. Noir certainly fits into that
