Description
This is Shadow Agent Lexandro Sicarius, recently drafted by the Inquisition to protect an Imperial city, and maintain the populace's ignorance of the dark secrets lurking beneath their streets. He represents the forgotten and the unwanted – those who live outside the city walls, or cling to existence in the city's sewers and waterways – and he intends to ensure they get every advantage afforded their better-off cousins in the city proper.I came very close to giving up on his model over the past few weeks (at least twice) because it was just not working out as I wanted. I am glad I persevered, and I hope some of you are, too!

Yes, she and her lovely gallery inspired two full books and a bunch of short stores. :3 I do enjoy some good RP. I started a long time ago with table top D&D and VtM (Vampire the Masquerade). I then did some live action stuff for VtM before entering the world of RP When it became very popular on the old AOL. However, too many of my gaming partners left for what they called 'life' (ppfftt... over rated). So, I just continue in private messages with some old RP buddies who still are around.

I am glad you have been able to continue it in some form. Good old D&D. I have not played that in quite a while. Or Vampire, for that matter. I was never so keen on live RP. I like the freedom that tabletop gives you to play more 'out there' characters that are completely different from yourself.

I agree that the table top is much more entertaining and exciting than the live action. It's hard to really enjoy the game and your character out in public spaces when you have bystanders mocking you and the other players.

We would hire venues especially so at least there was none of that. The main problem I have is that in one game I might want to play a young, lithe woman. In another game, a somewhat overweight, middle-aged man... I cannot physically be both of these things, and when it is live action it is harder to suspend disbelief.
...Well, I suppose with some effort I could be both. Not at the same time, though.
