maybe go make a sketch of a character of your choice and think about theyre personality,if theyre friendly or aggressive,pessimist or optimist etc.
heres a quick example so silvia,shes sweet ,cute,charming and overall just has a really "extroverted personality" i reccomend trying to draw her by sketching circles in the shape of her body (i mean rounding her a bit) and yeah.for other eeveelutions here are some shape sugestions-
