I did see a doujin that was stupidly funny, about Rinnosuke teaming up to help Reimu sexually molest other touhouz while he masturbated in the bushes. To be honest, the Empress' Dance series does have bad moments, but it tries to keep it light most of the time. Besides, Tenshi got her comeuppance in the form of both Suika and Iku.

I do not remember the title so I deleted it like it was on fire. That was the weird thing, it seemed like their stuff was just goofy/lighthearted and then suddenly the doujin is vicious rape and emotional torture.

Yeah, some do that. With Empress' Dance, though, they shrug it off pretty quickly half the time. An earlier Empress' Dance doujin had Mokou threatening Marisa's life, and Alice begged her to stop. Mokou remembered Keine, and decided to spare Marisa if Alice *ahem* "performed" in front of her. Mokou possesses Marisa (possession by phoenix) and gets the pair to have intimate relations with one another with Mokou's assistance. There's also a Kaguya x Mokou empress' dance, where Eirin basically lets Mokou (in Reisen's body) do her, then threatens Keine once she's had her fun. Eirin shrugs it off, despite her arm being freaking broken. Eventually, Kaguya comes into the picture, and while things start serious, it gets better.
I personally hate it, but moreso if it ends badly. Discode, for example, was about a nice girl who happened to be a futa, and how a transfer student mindfucks her so badly (including stealing her love interest and turning HIM into a pervert) that she's reduced to a mindless sex zombie. Worst part is it ends there, so you don't get to see any goddamn justice be done!

I personally found it kinda funny. According to the MokouXKaguya one, it's a spellcard called "**** of the Phoenix." I lol'd when I read that.
I think the last part was just a random scenario. Yeah, a lot of doujin sometimes have a random guest artist or an unrelated scenario by the normal artist.
Reimu actually gets a cute little kid from it, though. Of course, Remi and Suika nearly fuck that up (literally), but luckily, Remilia's fate hax save the day on that one. Still, I like to forget about THAT one.
