I thought i'd put something up, even if its not done yet because i've been slack in posting latelyi've been messing around with pencils alot lately, ive gotta say i really like the look XD

yup, i used my cannon xsi to take the pic since my scanner doesnt do well with pencil drawings, and altered the contrast and such in photoshop so it would show up better

yeah, my scanner is worth shit, i decided to try my cell fone cam, it sux so im gonna find a digital camera sumwhere around the house, i dont hav photoshop though, how much does it cost?

hmmm, well photoshop is...alot. i got it as a christmas gift... about $400 i think, but you can usually adjust the settings of a picture with the software that comes on your computer as well. just mess with the contrast, lightness, ect. adobe has a free 30 day trial though i believe

I love this drawing, awesome water demon. I love the ears (pointy ears are the bomb!) and eyes. Your style kinda reminds me of Claymore now.

thanks! haha, i guess my style would reflect mangas i read, i like to think of it as my own though. claymore looks more realistic to me though haha, if your ok with that i will post it! i just dont normally post gifts unless its cool with the recipient. ill have to take a pic of it next time i see yah! Claymore does look more realistic and the heads are more circular.

dont be like that, everyone that really wants something has the potential to be great, you just have to work for it and always strive for improvement. the best advice i have is to one, never give up, and two,practice practice practice. its the best way to get better, and you will. trust me, we all have to start somewhere and its never pretty. my first attempts at anime were... awful haha, that was five years ago, and i have improved majorly. you can get were ever you want, it just takes time, and the patience to do it
