It is a good shot but you might want to sharpen it a little (I know the effect form the glass on the photo is never a good one, but it can be fixed in editing) and also the framing could have been better (maybe the rule of thirds?) there is nothing interesting besides the tiger and having him in the middle is...I don't know, a bit off...

A very good shot. I had a lot of problems with the fence with the shots I tried to get at the zoo I visited.

I like the picture topic, and how he is in a good position for the for the picture. Some contrast could make it seem less faded. You might know contrast as shadow detail, and highlight. Bit better control though those 2. other then that color balance could bring out.
