The final version of the image! Let me know if you have any complaints, ! stayed up past midnight to finish this one. Finished the Background in photoshop CS3, but hand drawn/colored the rest with Prismacolor Pencils and Prismacolor Marker!

Skirt- Two tiered, to achieve the particular shade of tangerine that wanted, I decided to combine orange with raspberry for the top layer, while the bottom was denim blue (closest I had to navy)

Body suit- orange, just plain orange. So much orange O.o

Vest/Collar- same as the skirt, I combined colors to achieve that particular shade.

Hair: Used canary yellow for the hair (nearly ran out of my pencil, too, thank you very much

Love me chain (s): For the hearts themselves, I used orange, and the chain around her waist I used orange as well. The glowy effect for the chain she's holding was done with Lemon Yellow, not Canary Yellow since that would just blend in too much and not be able to stand out.

Headband: I love that headband! I wants it, it's mine, my own precioussss! *makes grabby hands* Ahem... I used regular orange for it, and again denim blue since I didn't have navy blue, but denim is close enough!

Back bow: For the tangerine color she wanted, again I combined orange and raspberry for the desired effect, and the bottom half was denim.

Background-

The hearts: I used 's chosen symbol for the hearts in the background here to tie in everything together about her version of Sailor Venus, including the flashy anime style-esque stars and spheres that were usually seen in some form during the Senshi transformations. I colored the main part of the background in the Prismacolor equivalent of denim blue on Photoshop CS3 with my tablet for the final effect.
