Para ver la estereografía debes usar la técnica “crossview” que consiste en observar la pantalla comfortablemente desde unos 50 - 60 cm de distancia, mientras haces un bizco hasta alinear las dos imágenes en una tercera al centro que debe entonces sobresalir de la pantalla en 3D.

El icosaedro es un poliedro regular con 20 caras idénticas de triángulos equiláteros, 30 aristas y 12 vértices. Es uno de los cinco sólidos platónicos y hay un montón de cosas interesantes acerca de esta configuración particular, por ejemplo, algunos virus tienen esta forma maravillosa. Lo que estoy haciendo aquí es una modelación de cáusticas + aberración cromática utilizando un punto de luz, un plano gris y un índice de refracción físicamente correcto...

del cristal puro... Que produce dicha aberración cromática y forma espectros (pequeños arcoiris?).

In order to view the stereographic part you should look at the screen comfortably from 50 - 60 cm while using the "crossview" technique; try to align the two images at the center, a 3rd one would appear, keep focusing; it should then pop out of the screen in 3D. It feels weird at first but give it try, the result worth it!

The eikosi-hedron is a regular polyhedron with 20 identical equilateral triangular faces, 30 edges and 12 vertices. It is one of the five Platonic solids and there are a lot of interesting things about this particular configuration, e.g. Some virii have this wonderful shape. What I'am doing here is a caustics + light aberration brute force calculations using a spot light, a grey plane and a physically accurate... pure crystal's index of refraction.
