Description always bring enough to share. and you share even with your mortal enemy (not that these two are enemies in the picture but still).
nobody wants to be stuck without a tampon and/or pad. always pay it forward.

First let me say I love how Huge Jasper is compared to Pearl. It's like a store mannequin standing next to a damn grizzly bear. The size differentials combined with your unique takes on the characters facial expressions and their body types really just sings to me.

And while I've never forwarded tampons to anybody, I have in fact bought tampons for people and walked through town with them in my hand because I don't give a damn about ancient sexist norms. Let the blood be staunched.

I do my best not to blush when I have to buy pads, but I still get all hot around the collar. especially if I'm with someone. ugh

Maybe it's a guy thing, but I don't mind buying pads or tampons.

And at any rate, it's a fucking crucial thing so it makes no sense for people to shame others for getting period gear.

It's like shaming people for using insulin for their diabetes or an inhaler for asthma.

I think a lot of guys are embarrassed to get stuff for their gfs/wives. you're the exception lol

exactly! or getting toilet paper or toothpaste or whatever. for hygiene! but it's marketed as a shameful thing, a thing to be kept secret. I remember one commercial going "they'll never know" and showing a woman rolling around a bed with her bf/husband and their kids, then her taking out a packet of ultra thin whatevers from a secret stash in the bathroom, and holding her finger to her lips and winking at the camera.
nobody should know, nobody wants to know, that was the message pushed at me and so many other girls and women. and so buying pads was a clear signal that you were on your period, which nobody should know about, which meant you were breaking the rules, exposed and guilty. god forbid you went to the store to JUST buy pads. you had to buy a lot of camouflage stuff to conceal the real reason. quick, quick, into the bag, then out the store before anyone you knew saw you.
ugh.

Well the way I look at it, buying tampons is an act of love for my wife. And at the end of the day I care more about what my wife thinks than random dickheads on the street. I don't know about anyone else but shaming your partner and treating them like crap for things they can't help is no way to live in a relationship.

Oh I know that fucking commercial! I saw that fucking thing when I last had cable. you'd think the tampons were filled with cocaine for all the damn secrecy around them. It's like those stupid ads with the blue liquid

it's a damn shame the way that girls and their bodies are treated, to be frank. Human bodies are a rule are gross, they're badly evolved. that's more or less universal. I think the priority should go to treating periods like any other medical condition instead of taking our cues from awful 70's grossout films.
