Description Luke is a Garou (werewolf) of the Fianna tribe, descending from Celtic origins, and is born under the warrior's Full Moon, thus making him an Ahroun. Before his First Change, he was born in rural England and grew up with some relatives in Mid-West America on a ranch. He's especially good with handling animals. A rather simple fellow, he enjoys quiet reflection and is prone to listening more than talking, though he's quick to jump into a fight to defend someone, especially a woman.

Tried a little something different this time and did the 'inking' with pencils, mostly 2B and 4B. It took about the same time, but I think it gave me much more control and I didn't have to use nearly as much white out. None at all, in fact. The downside, of course, is that the lines are rather grainy at 300dpi and not quite as dark at first. We'll see how that affects my ability to color, but I like the result anyways. I'll probably stick to this method for future projects with lots of hair or fur ;3

He's just a character I made for one, probably not one I'll be using in a game anytime soon. Hurray for inspiration ;3

I can see the resemblance. ^^ Yeah, I know how it is when you do a sketch and it somehow seems easier to...'ink' it. But my scanner is stupid and retracing on the computer is impossible so Imust use pen. Still, even if you don't intend on using him for anything, the drawing is still quite good. I'd be interested to see how you coloured this one in.

Oof, I know how that is with computer inking. I can't do it either, it takes three times as long as normal inking. So I just did my normal method of printing a very faint blue version of the original pencil lines on a piece of bristol and went over that, only using pencils this time instead of pens. It's nice since a lot of the blue is lost in the scanning process and the rest can be taken out using Photoshop's channels ;3

Yeah, I never understood why people inked on the computer. Not that I have a good piece of software or program todo any of that stuff. I have...paint. *sighs* if only I had photoshop. I don't think I'd be any good at it, but it'd be nice sometimes to just be able to fool around.

When I read 'Hero of Courage', I immediately thought of Link. Who, apparently, turns into a wolf in the upcoming Zelda game. Whee. (^^)

.... *grin*

Just look up "Zelda: Twilight Princess" on google or IGN and look at some of the screens of Link and his wolf form. Note the hair, and note the patterns on the wolf's head.... I think my 'inspiration' will be clear

I was actually inspired by a comic that used some spinoff characteres from Digimon and Shaman King as side/guest characters in the story, and I thought it'd be cool to kinda do a twist on everyone's favorite Hero of Time for WW: The Apocalypse ;3
