A new character appearing in G.U.N. Chronicle: Crimson Origin.

Meet Hotaru Futaba, a 16-year old Fox girl that hails from Chu-Nan. She's one of the many more frequent clients of G.U.N. in recent years. She is actually the daughter of a family of martial artists, but never wants to hurt anyone. It is because of this that her father taught her the lighter side of Chinese Kenpo; the Juu-kei style, which matches her personality.

The mission she assigns is a search for her missing brother when her father and brother mysteriously disappeared after her mother's death, which in-turn left her abandoned. She assigns it after losing hope that she'll ever track him down on her own after many failed attempts at locating him.

She is highly convinced that a wolf named Gato is her brother after many leads from her searching for her brother alone, but has started losing faith in her theory as he constantly evades her presence. And sadly, even G.U.N. has had trouble trying to locate her brother and his actual identity, and don't even know themselves if he's still alive. Hotaru has accepted the terms for G.U.N.'s search for her brother that if he's found dead by any on-duty agents, then G.U.N. will do everything in their power to help Hotaru heal from her loss during the painful time of grieving, and even pay whatever is necessary for a proper funeral.
