Description Fun Fact: The Apostian Artificial Chaos get their influence from three things conceptwise; Metroids, the Flood and the Xenomorphs of the Alien franchise. Have fun with that.

Ishtar, the Imperfect is the queen of every single Artificial Chaos on the Space Colony ARK and Aposte. Like the other Artificial Chaos trapped on Aposte long after the ARK's reactivation, Ishtar has adapted to the volcanic region of Cauldrex. Ishtar is responsible for the outbreak of Artificial Chaos that forced Cauldrex to be quarantined in an unstable state, threw the Cauldrex food chain out of whack, and other malicious acts that turned it into such a priority one threat to eliminate.

Though Apocalytes call her Ishtar because that's all they can read from debris on her body...her true name is the anagram I.S.H.T.A.R., which means "Integrated System of Hydro Thermic Anomaly Replication". In a sense, she is the Artificial Chaos project at its source and the first one ever created. Long before her Darwinism-influenced adaptation to Cauldrex, she was reasonably imprisoned in a special container after becoming self-aware and killing countless humans in the ARK long ago by causing an Artificial Chaos outbreak. Her design was based off of ancient murals depicting a giant monster found in an ancient ruin when being constructed.

Ishtar reproduces Artificial Chaos faster than they can be destroyed, effectively replacing one dead Artificial Chaos with thirty more. This trait has been with her since her construction, and her means of confinement stopped the process until landing on Aposte's region of Cauldrex destroyed the prison. Her adaptation to Aposte's volcanic region has allowed her to pass her always-fertile state to any and all Artificial Chaos born from her new lava-based body. She has also gained the ability to churn the atmosphere of Cauldrex in her favor to any of Aposte's worst forms of weather...another trait she has passed down to her new Apostian kin. Unique to Ishtar is the ability to temporarily harden herself into an unpierceable sphere of meteoroid plating that not even Apocalyte tech can pierce.

Killing Ishtar is the key to finally ending the Artificial Chaos outbreak and allowing any possibility of returning Cauldrex to normal to surface, but the traditional means of killing her and her kin with physical abilities and tech from Mobius no longer work post-adaptation. Only Apostian tech can kill her and her kin now, like all of the S Class Threats and X Class Tyrants on Aposte. But the problem isn't killing Ishtar. The problem comes from her destroying the natural ecosystem of Cauldrex so much that just finding her nest is a deathwish for those even trying to step foot on Cauldrex's soil thanks to all the rabid indigens and Artificial Chaos killing anything that moves.

Very similar to Iblis.

BTW, does she need the 7 Chaos Emeralds to achieve this form?

Nope. She was made based off the mural depicting Perfect Chaos. Essentially, she's already a doomsday weapon of mass destruction right from the get-go. Adapting to her new surroundings just added to how much damage one Artificial Chaos can do when it's the size of our mutated chao's final form.

How strong would this one be compared to the original Perfect Chaos (though I still think the original would win because Water Beats Fire).

Compared to Perfect Chaos? In its original form, it is much weaker. However...Ishtar's adaptations on Aposte allowed it to learn not only from the space stages of Adventure 2 and Shadow the Hedgehog where they were as widespread like the plague, but by becoming self aware of what it is? Ishtar could potentially be even more dangerous. Especially with a means of complete invincibility, constantly spawning more than enough kin to make fighting her a nightmare, and...well...when Gerald made this thing, he was pretty convinced Chaos was a God much like Eggman thought.

In terms of how dangerous specifically? This is the only being on the alien homeworld to not fear the crystalline ultrafauna dubbed the Divine Dragon Ruler and Protector of Aposte. Especially since it destroyed an ecosystem just by being freed from an unrepairable confinement that is now a part of its body. The second it ended up in Cauldrex, its fate was sealed. Ishtar's pretty much gone from beneficial research of Chaos to the unholy lovechild of a Xenomorph Queen and the Flood...add the fact she breeds faster than a Metroid Queen and yeah...this thing is the biggest sin humanity has ever created in its search for knowledge in every aspect.
