Effect:
When a “Fire Fist” monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard: You can send 1 face-up "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, during either player’s turns: If a monster you control would be destroyed: Send 1 "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap card to the Graveyard instead.

defanitly a worth while effect, though it should be changed to send a firedance to the grave to negate destruction, discarding in a fire stars deck isnt that good of an idea
