DARK/Level 7/Dragon/EffectIf this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can banish a total of 2 DARK and/or Dragon-Type monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard, except this card; Special Summon this card. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. You can discard this card and 1 DARK monster to the Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; return that target to its controllerβs Deck. If this card is banished: You can add 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Shadow, Dragon Ruler of Nightmares" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Light and darks have way too much strengths anyways imagine a chaos deck with something like this and bls and chaos sorcerrer broken as hell XD

Bls is gonna get a heck of support. So Imagine if more support would come for Dark and Light deck XD

As if we don't have enough Dragon Ruler issues.
The OGG, text, effect, stats and everything else is great, though, and the concept is well thought about the theme and naming.
The only thing that's odd are the stats: all Dragon Rulers have a total of Β 4600 in sum of ATK and DEF. This Shadow guy has only 4100.

I didn't really wanted to make any more Dragon Rulers... Believe me. It's just Fan Fiction things, and If I use 4 attributes, I prefer using every attribute.
Well I guess the stats should be different. I mean there must be a reason there isn't Dark and Light Dragon Rulers. Chaos Decks would abused these.
It's better to be different from the others.

my thought exactly if there was the others why not also light and dark, and some of the cards form YGO look very similar to magic the gathering , i just wish they make some more artwork similar to that.
