Ooops... excuse me, please... :>
I googled a bit, and saw I was wrong. There are really artworks that show big D with some kind of nose. I would have though, that where his nose shall be, has always been a dark skull-like hole (in the D2-cinematics he is shown like that, in Diablo 1 as well when I remember correctly)...

So: excuse moi, s'il vous plait... ^^
