I really like the clean look of this. I tried using Restorator and Windows Theme Installer then restarted but nothing happened. I am using Windows 7 (7600) I always keep it updated but I don't know if that is the reason.

i tried today replacing the png->bmps with ressource hacker - then i got a error and my explorer wasnΒ΄t opening up - i fixed it, but yeah - i want this (
