I'll need to throw out a bit of a disclaimer, before I get started. I'm a photographer, so take what I say with an appropriate grain of salt.

I like this image, I really do, but there are a few things that bother me about it.
Here's where I've got issues, going from top to bottom:
Your light source is in the top left of the image, but you've got shadow falling onto the face from the right-hand side.
The refraction of the straw's position seems a bit extreme given the viewing angle.
On the bunny's right thigh your light is hitting a bit too far on the right side.
Here's what I do like:
Your sense of anatomy has given her a pose that is lifelike rather than contorted.
I REALLY like the fact that the woman has a flat stomach due to real ab muscles that are shown in the outfit.
The ambiance and feel of the image is sultry without being tacky.
Over-all, good stuff, just a few minor gripes because I'm a photographer.
