Actually, I'd have to disagree with you on that. Its hard to find people who legitimately draw without a character base under it. Or, at least those who do a good job on it.

huh, ive been on this site for a good 3 years now and i haven't had a single one cross my visor.
Mostly because I didn't go looking for it. im not saying they arnt around, but if you've been seeing so much of them then id have to assume you've been in the wrong area of the site.
but like i said, the people that are using bases are doing below the minimum, thus they aren't worth any praise or attention unless they made the base themself.
