I think i technically made this card very OP....But Pendulums are kinda hard to mess with PLUS Vert doesn´t seem to have much skills so...

Name: Leanbox HDD - Green Heart.
Level: 10

Type: Fairy/Pendulum/Effect.
ATK: 3100 DEF: 2400

Summon: Pendulum (Akward):
Your Pendulum Scales must be 1 “Share” Pendulum and 1 “CPU Ruler - Vert” if not: this card cannot be Special Summoned.

Effect:
This card's Pendulum Summon cannot be negated. When Pendulum Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated.
You can target 1 Pendulum Monster card in the Pendulum Zone; destroy it, and if you do, half the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects.
When this card is destroyed: You can draw 3 cards.

Pendulum Effect:
Once per turn, if you have a card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can destroy that card, and if you do, Draw 2 cards.
If “CPU Ruler - Vert” is Pendulum Summoned while this card is on one of your Pendulum Zones: You can add one “Share” or “CPU” Monster Card from your Deck to your Hand and if you do : You can Special Summon that card.
