Description
Part 1 of my Concept for a Lowee Themed Deck featuring Synchros.Name: "CPU Ruler - Blanc."
Level: 4
Type: Fairy/Effect WATER.
ATK: 1000 DEF: 2200
Effect:
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can change its battle position. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its DEF for damage calculation. If a “Share” Tuner monster is Normal or Special Summoned: Draw 1 card. This card must be the only “CPU Ruler - Blanc” face-up you control to activate and to resolve this effect. When a “Lowee HDD” Synchro Monster on your side of the field is destroyed battle or leaves the field: you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

Type: Rock/Tuner/Effect WATER.
ATK: 0 DEF: 100
Effect:
Once per turn: If you control a "CPU" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). During either player's turn: You can discard this card, then target 1 WATER "CPU" or “Lowee HDD” monster you control; until the end of this turn, it loses 500 ATK and DEF, but cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects.

Level: 2
Type: Rock/Tuner/Effect WATER.
ATK: 0 DEF: 100
Effect:
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 "CPU" or “HDD” monster you control, then activate 1 of these effects;
-Increase its Level by 1.
-Reduce its Level by 1.
Once Per Turn: If this card is in your Graveyard; You can target 1 Level 3 or higher “CPU Candidate” monster you control; And increase its Level by 3, and if you do, Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.

Name: "Lowee - Land of White Serenity."
Type: Spell/Field
Effect:
During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 “Share” Tuner monster or a “CPU” Monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Increases the DEF of all WATER “CPU” and “Lowee” monsters by 300 points. If you control a “Lowee HDD” Synchro Monster: This card is unaffected by your opponent´s card effects. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can return 1 “Lowee HDD” Monster you control to the Extra Deck; Set this card on your Field Zone.

Type: Fairy/Synchro/Effect WATER.
ATK: 2000 DEF: 3500
Summoning: 1 or more “Share” Tuner + “CPU Ruler - Blanc”
Effect:
This card's Synchro Summon cannot be negated.This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its DEF for damage calculation. If this card battles an opponent's monster during damage calculation (in either player's turn): You can make this card gain DEF equal to the half of that opponent's monster's ATK or DEF (whichever is higher). Once per turn you can increase the ATK and DEF of all Monster on your side of the field by 500.

Looking nice so far.
My suggestion for Vert is maybe find a new summoning method for her. There are tons of fan made summoning methods for Yugioh. But thats just my $0.02

I was thinking, for a start, the Lowee spell was far too specific to Blanc and Ram and Rom. Then I noticed its ability to reactivate itself and that opens up possibilities for Triamid-esque Field Spell shenanigans with the rest of the CPUs.
I'm not too sure on making Shares themselves specific types and as specific monsters since there's really nothing in the games that points to distinguishable Shares. Here's an idea: how about the Field Spell generates Tuner "Share Token"s when you have a "CPU" on the field?

Yup! While still does support the other CPUs deck (With the Extra Summoning of a CPU) and since you can search it with Terraforming i limited most of the Card support to Lowee CPUs.

This is just to lock the support cards to Lowee since the other CPU Decks i plan to make also have "Share" Monsters however only Lowee use Tuners so that´s why it´s specific.

I was thinking about that but then i decided that would be more fiting for one of the Effects for Rom and Ram to also make refference to the Anime (Remember the gold coins from the Nintendo Themed Park?) One "Share" Token that can be used as a Tuner.
