That would really interesting to think about how  she could by own, but on other hand her clothing look no like she had do by her self.   But that she do the strap look for me not impossibly.

I believe that her carer had to left her in the room alone for a minute. Perhaps he or she needed to go to the restroom. So she's just sitting and trying to do at least something by herself.
