Description

Fun new commission: a Japanese house bat (Pipistrellus abramus) in flying position.

Love the long tail of this species!

dear lord the thought of this scares me. Bats are so tiny, how did you not lose any bones? Are you a wizard? Articulation looks really difficult, im really nervous about articulating a cat, I cant imagine working on such a tiny creature! Amazing job!

Hahaha, I wish I was a wizard! And thank you a lot for your nice comment!
Luckily I learned to be careful, but when I started articulating tiny skeletons I was often found on the floor searching for a tiny bone or tooth that fell out of my fingers.. Oops! That's how you learn haha.
A cat sounds like a very fun articulation project! Are the bones already cleaned?

Good luck macerating!! I am curious how it will turn out. Will you post the end result on your Deviant Art?
