YES! THIS IS THE BEST DRAWING I HAVE DONE! It took awhile to get this baby done but im glad i finished it ^^ALL HAIL MECHA CHAAAAAAN~!
I'd say a bit more than 6 or 7 hours, I was going on and off this one for a few days

I'd say it's time for you to go digital
But god, you have a looot of patience! I never spent more than 3 or 4 hours with traditional art!

Yea i've been meaning to go digital for a long time ^^' a few months back i decided to go digital and bought myself a tablet and tried using the free photoshop it came with but noticed that I need to work on the body more so i went back to traditional. Unfortunately my lil sisters lost my pen for my tablet so i cant draw digital T_T

Oh, lovely little sisters! Maybe there is a way of replacing that, I'm sure everyone loses a pen once in a while...
Digital takes some time and lots of patience to adapt. But then you will love it
I never felt comfortable drawing on the computer, so now I scan my traditional drawings and draw over them. It works a LOT better xD
As for the software, I don't recommend photoshop for the lineart. Paint Tool Sai is very good and simple for that and you can download a trial version free.
As for colors, I usually use Sai, but Photoshop is far better, so I do the final effects there, after finishing with Sai...

I feel you with the drawing on the computer part ^^' it was really awkward but i wana try to adapt to it.

Wooow! My highschool teached me how to use the Word and the Exel and create new folders on the desktop (yes, the face you are making right now, I made it too)
