Looks like you've, or Dmitry Filipov have had a future reincarnation type dream (I have where I'm a Policewoman of whom I called Christie Sparks) and this is what you've seen in that dream!
To me, this looks like an old antic futuristic helmet for on board an airship, boat, spaceship that somebody has found or brought, and repairing it as a hobby to use themselves.
The person is a child, teen, or a young adult who's father is a mechanic. The mother I don't know.
