This painting is Oil on CanvasI painted this at a difficult time in my life. I wanted to show that out of flames beauty emerges

good concept. i think this painting is interesting because not only the conept, but also because although a gloomy-is dark feel is there, i can tell by the bright colors and how their used in this that there is beauty and positiveness expressed. Their is good contrasts too through the different values. overall i think this is a very well done piece.

This is very good, the colours are fantastic and the anatomy is all perfect, however, there is a slight issue with how you've got this painting onto the computer. Try turning the flash of your camera off?

There isnt anything I don't like about this picture. Excellent use of colours like her expression and I could tell this was fire =]. Somewhat reminds me of Shakugan No Shana I know its your idea but thats just because I've became a tad obsessed with it and one of the girls can control fire haha XD;
