You can obviously choose the breed and gender for this lovely. ^u^
Eyes: Brown
Phenotype: Dark Bay Brindle
Genotype: Ee Aa nSty
They have to be sooty to have the brindle, but feel free to change up the dominance or make them a seal (AAt), pearl (Prlprl) or flaxen (Ff | ff) carrier as those genes won't affect the appearance. c:
With their markings you could add sabino (nSb) or splash (nSpl) and just call it hidden. Splash could give them two blue eyes.
