Personality: McCool, even at his young age, shows tremendous heart. He doesn't hesitate to throw himself into his curiosity and be the first to initiate a greeting or playtime. You can see his sire in him when he goes throwing himself at the bigger foals without flinching. He can be a little feisty with the mares as well but the choice of the surrogate mare was a deliberate one. Freckles is quick with the corrections and is helping to mould McCool into a well-mannered horse. As much as you see his sire in his spirit you can also glimpse his dam in those quiet moments when he leans into the hands that pet him or a bag in the wind sends everyone running but he holds his ground. It is anticipated he'll grow to be a horse that loves to learn and work with his favoured rider, based upon his joy in games and cuddling with people at his current age.
