Description Here the noble beasts are... "standing ready" for their mission!
I commented to my friend that they looked so much a like... and he told me that in fact they were brother and sister. A few people have asked me what these horses names are... the one on the left is named Hoosier, he is 5 years old and on the right is his sister, LeNeada and she is 4 years old. So there you have it... Hoosier and LeNeada! They are both Haflingers.

Beautiful! Really beautiful! O.O I think I like the contrast in colours bestest - the deep dark area behind them and then their pure white noses. What a wonderful shot! ^^

Ooops! forget my other comment asking what breed they were I looked at that one before this one

Anyways, they look great decked out in their harnessess Our barn took in two horses that used to be carridge horses (Jahra and Vroni) and they loved each other so much they always wanted to follow each other in the ring (they were tough to train to go by themselves ) so we called them soul sisters, lol

Actually I just added the information on what breed they were and their names... had to talk to my friend... I printed him up about ten 8by10s and framed him 4... he was so pleased! It was kind of cool because he was happy and I was happy because I printed up some for myself to hang up in my house too!

Yes I do believe that the one closest to the camera is the sister... can't see from this angle but she is a slight smaller than her bro! Thank you so much for the kind comment and the fav! I had to tweak with this one to get the lighting correct... I didn't want to use a flash and scare the crap out of them so it had turned out rather dark... I was very pleased with the results too!
