Wonderful shot!
The first thing that struck me was the colours and relative soft feel to the scene - not saying that it is soft, but that the feeling this gives off is rather relaxing, yet exciting to study because of the motion of the water captured at the perfect shutter speed. I enjoy how the colours are both warm and cool here.
I also really like how your foreground is the moving water; it really pulls you into the scene.

If you look at it right, some of those clouds look like a heard of bison in the sky. That's from an old native legend of the prairies here.
