Pharma is a medic from the IDW More Than Meets the Eye comics. In the comics, he was a good friend of Ratchet's. There's more drama that happens after that, but I don't want to spoil it. Let's just say that they have a falling out. 

He's one of my fav characters though, so I just had to draw him TFP style.
