Kuma ia an Irken Tallest plumber who acted as a double agent who would act as an officer in the IRken Empire pretending to serve the Tallest while giving information to the plumbers. Due to being a tallest himself, He was chosen by the tallest to become a living weapons project, a cyborg called a Pacifista, with lasers in his mouth capable of melting Korbonite, a structure tougher than Korbonite, and a targeting system, though the modifications to his brain were saved for last. He had a unique power of his own given to him by Azmuth: the power to "push" or deflect anything, including the air around him (in claw-shaped bubbles); allowing him to not only defend himself from attacks but also to push objects at great speed. this allows him to move at the same speed as the objects he pushes, possibly by using it to push himself, appearing instantaneously at a desired location regardless of distance, all the while moving with no more than a slow walk.He has made numerous people "vanish" by slapping them with one of his hand, sending them flying to another destination, which he can choose, even if the destination requires several days to reach. He has also shown the ability to "push" or deflect things that lack palpability such as people's pain and exhaustion. This is shown when Kuma took all of the pain that Ben Tennyson was inflicted in a great battle and left him feeling completely healthy, meaning that his abilities can be used to heal people and cure them. However, he must transfer the pain to someone else, which is what he did to a damaged robot from the battle. He fights in a style reminiscent of sumo-wrestling. He crouches low in a wide stance, even using the signature stomp, and attacks with open-palm strikes, using his special paws to launch powerful air bullets. Much in keeping with the sumo inspiration, Kuma spends almost all of his time with his feet planted, refusing to give his ground. He has also demonstrated the ability to block all physical attacks, even sword attacks, by pushing them away with these hands. Kuma's abilities can also be used to create massively destructive attacks. This is displayed by one of his signature moves, "Claw Shock", essentially a bomb made of highly compressed air created by pushing the air between his hands. This destructive power is enough to severely cripple a Tokustar. When His modifications were announced to be completed, whioch would erase his personality and free will, he was rescued by Ben, Rook, Kevin, Gwen and Joshua on a mission by Grandpa Max, who is an old friend of Kuma's from Plumber academy, and he helped Plumber Zim overthrow the Tallest and save Earth. He then decided to stay on Earth at the Plumber's base as Magister. He is a calm man even in battle, and is never seen without a bible in hand. Though he is calm, he has earned the fearsome epithet "The Tyrant" due to his extreme methods dealing with criminals and his destructive power. He is extremely caring towards the innocent and whenever sending an enemy away to another planet or a different part of the planet he is on, he always asks where they would prefer to take a vacation, and if they answer, he sends them there, though if they don't, he sends them to a destination of his choosing. He also is noted to harboring a hatred for Incursians, though this does not extend to Princess Attea after she forged a truce with Earth.
