This ghost is originally from LEgo Hidden side, But I thought he's make a great boss ghost for Luigi's Mansion

Joe Ishmael is a Lighthouse Keeper Ghost who haunts a nautical room of the MAnsion in Luigi's Mansion. He used to be a terrible lighthouse keeper off the coast of the Mushroom Kingdom who went mad from cabin fever and would purposefully switch off the lighthouse lights to make the ships crash into the cliffs below. He was chased by the Toads for his actions and tried to escape, but accidentally fell into the sea and drowned. He became a ghost, but his lighthouse was kept from him, so he roamed the Mushroom Kingdom until he found King Boo's mansion and decided to stay. His boss battle makes him create a spooky spectral storm dimension akin to his lighthouse. Luigi must redirect his light back at him into his eyes and then suck him up with the Poltergust. He has 230 HP. His Painting says "Joe Ishmael: The Spooky Lighthouse"
