Also deployable Plasma Cannon arms. Shes supposed to be some sort of mercenary or something! Also jump jet thrusters on her back. Space n stuff.

Such awesome designs you keep doing. And while she looks much more like a cyborg than a robit, I personally love it!
Like the almost vunerable softness and sensuality of her human torso contrasted by the hardness from her sleek, shiny and no doubt deadly prosthetic limbs snugly fitted to what's left of her. Or that is at least my interpretation of it anyway.

Haha, actually shes like the most popular drawing I've made thus far and really wanted to redesign her. For that reason though, its kinda hard to decipher what it was exactly that drew so many people into this design!

Glad you like her though!

It is a very tricky question indeed. She is one of the more human looking ones, but people still seems to identify her as a robit. But I am just wondering, what is your opinion about cyborgs? And here I am not talking about digitized people but squishy people with robot parts. Personaly I like it more, but I can fully understand that it can be to close to being visceral for some, or that it "breaks" the mechanical-ness of the character. What is your opinions? And would you in the future even consider making some cyborgs?

There would be plenty of cyborgs / augmented humans, it's probably more commonplace than fully digitized/copied individuals really, as doing those kind of processes are exclusive or incredibly expensive to do. Thus having more augmented/cyborgs is a mainstay given the increase of accessibility of components through the medical industry. Replaceable limbs and synthetic organs for either replacement or augmentation are of easy access with varying degrees of how expensive they are. There would be set restrictions on those components of course, such as the strength capacity, or visions that might impair others or might invade others' personal privacy, those would be regulated and enforced by the governments and police. But you bet there will be plenty of Cyborgs and Synthetics that abuse this.

That is some fascinating world building you got there! So I would guess Elena Archer is one of aforementioned abusers of cybernetics? And if a cyborg is that regulated, how is the goverment about AI/Copied/Synthetics
But, my main question was actually how YOU personally feel about cyborgs? Yay or ney? Hot or not? or ?
Just wondering, mate.

Oh absolutely, as I currently have her, she's had to replace just about the entirety of her human body and thus those medical/parts bills stack up. Given her nature, it wasn't a hard transition to further escalate her crimes/mischief using these augmentations, and further so whenever she attained a position where she could exploit them fully under a corrupted precinct.

Well given the setting has allowed for a certain level of intelligence complexity dubbed sentient, Synthetics are for all intents and purposes citizens with human rights. Bodies as well with augmentations for humans all have set regulations and restrictions to not jeopardize public safety and privacy. That's where the expansion of police enforcement would come in play, and as we do now, sometimes have the unfortunate gaps that would turn their eye on certain aspects. Though generally most would respect synthetic rights, even though some in the populace that might had been negatively affected might not be.

Cyborgs are yay of course, and they can be attractive. That's why I had Technomancer/Elena turn to look as good as she does, and she already looks close to a synthetic anyway which only serves the purpose to have striking similarities to synthetics to justify citizenship. They basically use the same parts just about. Though there would be varying degrees of designs of course, some more crude than others, some blatantly violate restrictions, etc etc.

Wow! A badass gynoid! Awesome!Β

She does not look at all friendly. Is she in attack mode? Or is this just a demonstration of what she is capable of doing? Well I leave this question to the next scene.

I loved the traces and implants on her face. The antennae gave a special charm to the futuristic look. And, that arm opening up showing something bright and possibly dangerous. Not counting the malicious expression on her face demonstrating emotions behind her actions.

Thank you for sharing your creativity.

I really need to revisit her at some point, even now I am starting to see the age of the style! Thank you for the nice comments! Most of what I have thus far with her, is mostly being a cheeky bounty hunter of sorts. Smug and arrogant to boot, but without the necessity for some style.

As far as how mechanically she is, she is 100% that, even though we still have some - very - organic looking portions that I might need to address in a later piece. Looks more like a suit than a actual mechanical lady at the moment.

Something to play with later! Thanks again, and stick around, I'll have more in the future.
