You really had me puzzled for a while; this pic is on offer as a stock photo. I checked to see if there was a copyright mark as such and there isn't. This was a deviation in my main gallery and that is why my name appears small in the corner. I'm sure people will have no trouble removing it or cropping it.
It's very rude of you to post a WTF emoticon, especially as you are NOT making a constructive comment on the piece. You could have just noted me instead of posting a disparaging remark where other people can read it.. The photo IS still my property, by the way. Each stock artist sets their own rules. My rules give people free licence to use the photo as long as they credit the source and note me.
I assume you are old enough to know what WTF stands for? Think twice before using that emoticon again when dealing with a stranger. The sentiment is rude and vulgar. OK?

there was no need to snap at me. my "WTF" simply meant that I was confused about the thing myself. You are quick to anger, the comment really wasn't all that much, except the way you took it. I have much better things to do but to have conflict on the internet. I did not appreciate your response. Thankyou for the stock. Bye.

I was entitled to be upset. Your comment set out to belittle me and it could have been done in a less public way by sending me a note. If you don't want to 'have conflict' on the internet, don't start it.
DA is very clear on its rules. If you have an issue with a deviation, you don't post comments on the deviation itself. You either contact the artist via note and draw their attention to the issue or report it to DA as a violation (if you feel a violation has been committed). What you did is a form of flaming and all I've done is defend myself and point out that stock photos remain the property of the photographer and that each stock artist has their own rules/licence for use; I hadn't done anything wrong apart from overlooking the fact my name was still on the photo - it did not warrant a "What the f**k" emoticon from you.
I don't want this to degenerate into conflict either. We are all subject to our temperments. So sorry for having a 'snap' at you (as you put it) - I was upset, but had you told me via note, my reaction would have been 'stupid me, thanks for telling me.' I will modify the description box to ensure nobody else is confused by the name in the corner. Thank you for drawing my attention to the name in the corner.
