AP PORTFOLIO: Theme was mechanical world, mechanics of society....materialism.....crap like that. SYMBOLISM ALL OVER THE PLACE.This is Barcode Boy. he likes clothes and stuff (:
done on dry canvas with oils. stuck some barcodes on there for realism (lol).

I'd managed to switch out for my last year and in the very least take photo I & II, but the teacher didn't know me enough to put me in AP art... nor did I likely have the skills for it, either...

I've always had a thing for barcodes, both in fashion, and just on people in general. The idea of someone being labelled like a store product just appeals to me from an artistic perspective for some reason, but I definately couldn't do it as well as this. Great job ^^
