This was part of my AP portfolio too, but not part of the concentration like everything else was, this was part of my breadth but I like it so I want everyone to see and junk (:His name is Jude, he's Julian's best friend.....you know who julian is right? this guy: [link]
oil on dry canvas, meaning it was just done on straight fabric, no gauche over it first.

i was looking through your gallery and saw this one. i was drop-jawed! my Punk Boy looks just like Jude... but his hair is black and he has stripes under his eyes... you know, its like how emo boy looks when hes crying. but its make up. and his shirt has a skull on it and he has the gloves that goth man has but they're red. i drew him with baggy black geans and studded belts. you know... if you make requests, punk boy is a major request! i would make him myself, but i dont have a scanner or a pallet. i just have normal adobe photoshop with a mouse.

I was only planning on doing ten because I knew I wouldn't have enough time to do them all but then the week before it was due my teacher switched my concentration to something else.
So I did about fifteen monoprints in a week and ended up with only twelve workable ones. Breadth was easy, it was the Concentration that was hard.

I had one that was all about color and the way people interpret them into feelings but then about a week before my teacher didn't like the way it was going and so she changed it.
