C-29A-BH, 88-0271 assigned to the 1467th Facilities Checking Squadron, 375th Aeromedical Airlift Wing based at Scott AFB and photographed at Luke AFB in June 1990.

The mission of these jets was to ensure airfield instrument approach systems were properly calibrated.
These aircraft and the USAF flight check mission was transferred to the FAA in 1991. The aircraft now carry attractive FAA white and light blue markings.
