Ah, splendid indeed! Though I've never actually seen the Raikou special myself I am somewhat familiar with Marina, and I'd hardly think lack of knowledge of the character qould in any way lessen my liking for the pic, of course.
The thing that stands out to me most about this one is the pose, because it really is great coupled with the angle focused on her and such. Nice bright color and solid shading too; very nice! Thanks for posting it at my request, and I'm just sorry it took me a couple days to see it and respond... as I had two different exams last week I fear I didn't have much time for internet browsing.
