Trade with ! (: PRODUCTIVITY FLOWING THROUGH MY VEINS..??Except not really, because there're a ton of commissions/portfolio stuff that I COULD be doing, but hell, I'm art blocked, had to do this. |: Thick line art is much much much easier to flat color. :c
God, I'm so slow at art. It's honestly a problem. This probably took about 3 1/2 hours.
Yar, I don't know what else to say. I hope I got the markings about right! I know the moon's on the other side, but I wanted to show it, so I just smacked it on there. I hope you don't mind xD;

gahhh you are SO talented. you made her so adorable. i just can't stop staring at her face ;;. so pretttyyyyy. the expression is so precious. and you got her markings perfectly. i don't mind the moon on this side at all!!! i'm actually reconsidering the non-symmetrical thing because it looks so good on this side too!
um her little paw pads? TOO CUTE. and she's so fluffy. and Faith is such an adorable ball of fluff I LOVE THISSSS. the thick lineart is absolutely perfect with this style--i think you should keep up this style because it's perfect!
also I ADORE the bg. the background is so sparkly and pretty and the warm colors go so well with the two characters' color schemes!

-dead- Lmao, bawww, I'm so glad you liked it! Plus, working on this really helped me push past some of my atrocious art block. x_x I've missed drawing what I want. And, I actually haven't drawn wolves in a really long time - people were starting to bother me because apparently "the only thing I draw are dogs". Screw them. xP
This was so much fun, I'm very excited to see your bootiful arts, but take as much time as you need. ^^ And lolol, I legitimately typed into the dA search box, "cute sparkle texture" and got this. I didn't even alter the colors - it worked perfectly c: Yah, Hati's colors made me wanna stick Faith in there too, I thought they'd look fun together since they're both kinda crazy. ;D

omg I know exactly what you mean about getting to draw what you want! people were telling me i was drawing too many dragons and wolves and stuff like that...but I was in a terrible art slump/block after doing way too much coursework/graphic design homework. but then the other day i drew this for my brother [link] and...it broke my art block. I wanna draw all the time again! I haven't been this inspired in a long time

Exactly! I think there's only so much "experimenting" one can take before you just sorta crash, and you need to start back at square one with a style or subject you're comfortable with, y'know? I'd forgotten how easy it is to draw stuff that's familiar. I never really realized how frustrated I was getting until I finally drew this. And btw, that sketch is awesome. c:
