Actually they are sayed to be fake, because the only journal which shown theses has a lot of errors (Pages number etc)

So far, at least, the secondaries are proving true. CoroCoro displayed them. Additionally Floatzel.net has a translated interview with the designers in which the Wotter designer says he did look to sea lions as the final evo. Whether this IS the final evo or not remains to be scene, but it won't be an otter (not completely).

Only, the final one.. seems so out of place compared to the secondary. He goes from bipedal and cutesy-BAMF to quad and flabby and ginormous... but still pretty BAMF.

Really? He has such a rockin' mustache that it's hard to imagine he isn't based on a walrus.
"Sea lion" will be much harder to pun-ify in English than walrus.

Haha! Pinniposeidon would be amazing. But I think it probably has too many characters. D: Pinnidon is a more likely combination of words.
I hope it doesn't have anything girly like "bubble" in it. This isn't exactly a girly PokΓ©mon.
